RESERVATIONS DEPOSITS & COSTS:
As soon as we have their dated confirmation of
service and acceptance of the price in a specific itinerary,
we will open a file to have a report of the state of their
reservation. Reservations for telephone are accepted, but
the cost of the services to use debit side to be deposited
in the required time; as well as the complete and detailed
reservations should be confirmed. The prices of the services
can vary due to the fluctuation of taxes present and exchange
rate of the day in foreign currency.
RECONFIRMATIONS:
7 days before the arrival of the group to date, the relationship
of passengers debit side to be confirmed. In high season (June
to September) 15 days before.
This final relationship should have the following data: CODE
OF THE SERVICE, NAME OF THE PASSENGERS, DOCUMENTS OF IDENTITY,
NATIONALITY, AGE, OCCUPATION, NUTRITIOUS PREFERENCES, etc.
FINAL PAYMENTS:
We require the final payment of the cost of the service Seven
days before the departure of the group. In high season (June
to September) the final payment will be carried out 15 day
before the departure of the group.
